AMERICAN RELIANCE

ABANDONED

Serial: 74350960
Reg: 1831556
Filed: Jan 22, 1993
Owner: VIK BROTHERS INSURANCE, INC.

Financial, monetary and banking services; insurance services; real estate services.

What this deadline was

Response to the post-registration office action

When: The office action itself states the response period and the date it runs from. It issues against a maintenance filing — a Section 8, 9, 15 or 71 — rather than against an application.
If it is missed: The maintenance filing it relates to can be refused, which puts the registration itself at risk.

How post-registration maintenance works

General information about USPTO practice, not legal advice. The register is the authority, and a filing that has not yet posted can change what is owed.
